Hi, I'm Hannah Wolfe, a Realtor serving Portland, West Linn, Lake Oswego, and communities throughout Oregon.

As a solo agent, every client works directly with me from start to finish. When you call, text, or email, you're getting me—not a showing assistant, transaction coordinator, or team member. From the first showing to inspections, contractor referrals, negotiations, and closing day, I'm personally involved every step of the way.

I was born in Beaverton, grew up in West Linn, and later spent several years living in Los Angeles before returning home to Oregon.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy running, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with the people I love. I also lead women's small groups through my church, and community is something that's deeply important to me.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that it's ultimately about people. Every home has a story, and every client has unique goals, dreams, and priorities.
